Ltd., aiming to establish a long-term and comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship based on the energy-saving and emission reduction needs, including desulfurization and decarbonization, of DIAYUAN's ships.

DIAYUAN INTERNATION SHIPPING CO. Ltd., founded in 2009, is an international shipping company with professional ship management and business operation capabilities. Currently, it manages and operates bulk carriers with a total capacity of nearly 500000 DWT. 

According to the agreement, both parties will adhere to the principles of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and resource sharing, and form a joint development alliance based on unified resource integration advantages to create a win-win and sustainable partnership, in order to obtain good social benefits and investment returns, and to further promote the development of both parties in the marine environmental protection industry.
